A lemur's tail has 13 or so black-and-white rings. It is a flag and a balancing pole.
Fruit, leaves, bark, and the occasional insect snack.
Cassowary
Casuarius casuarius
Dads sit on the eggs and raise the striped chicks.
Mostly fruit. They are forest gardeners who accidentally plant trees with leftovers.
