Leaves, fruit, and shoots. They plant forests by pooping seeds. Heroic and weird.
Ostrich
Struthio camelus
An ostrich egg is about 15 cm long and could make breakfast for a whole team.
Plants, seeds, insects, and the occasional lizard. Not picky.
